Mr. Freeman legal expertise traverses trade and investments, commercial & development law and financial crimes investigation and anti-money laundering compliance . From drafting statutes on anti-money laundering to capacity building in financial crimes investigation to regulatory policy on county development funds to commercial and labor litigation, Mr. Freeman has navigated the front end and back end of legal practice. He has advised international nonprofits, local NGOs, government departments and local business. He’s litigated at commercial court, labor court and other circuits. He has served as legal consultant for many USAID funded projects (MSI, DAI, Checchi Consulting) in Liberia, where these project work focused on improved public sector governance.
